“Didn't learn much new. many of the recommended foods are foods I either don't like or that I have a food sensitivity to. I feel like the analysis was geared toward selling a probiotic supplement rather than truly offering insights to help me with my health. Also, frustrated that the shipping time for the testing kit was very long and the responsiveness and attitude of customer service was arrogant and did not address my questions. Also, shortly after I ordered I started receiving emails with coupons, surveys etc. It's like asking to give a tip before you've gotten the service. So, I found the communication to be rather annoying and inappropriate. I bought into this kit bc it was recommended by one of my favorite podcasters which now has lowered my overall trust in all of his recommendations. I do not feel I received the value that I paid for even at the discounted price.”
