“I have had it 16 months. Just what I needed. Took three of us to spread it out and put it up. We screwed it into the concrete. We put the zip iup door on, the blockout wall and two panels with clear windows. Perfect. Kept rain out, hot sun out and wind out. It has been through extreme weather, hot, hail storms, terential rains, and -8 degree nights. I had a portable heater and a tall tower fan. Still in reasonable condition after 16months.”
