“Customer service is appalling. I bought a compact gazebo which is nearly impossible to put up. The clips are so hard to push in. I have chatted online and emailed. The online chat arbitarily decided the isssue was sorted. The email was sent days ago still no respose. Why bother.”
“Friends purchased a 10p fast frame tent for us as a gift. We recently went camping & on 1st usage noticed a tear in tent in top corner. Our friend was told they will receive a discount on their next purchase as compensation. Very disappointing. We’ll just bring out the 6p Coleman next time. Far better product. No more Oztrail garbage.”

“Love the 2.4m and 3m square gazebos. We have been camping this past week and at times there have been 60km winds. We did have everything tied down but the 2.4m gazebo was mighty and stayed upright. The only thing I would like to see changed are the white solid walls of the 2.4m square gazebo. They are too sheer and have no reflective qualities, unlike the solid walls for the 3m square gazebo.”

“I was disapoointed that the last review I gave was essentially ignored. Our daughter has not been able to use the umbrella we purchased for her because the top is too heavy to stand on the base and the base has to go so far into the ground for it to be stable which is impossible without putting a lot of pressure on the whole unit as it is screwed in. Also the difficulty of screwing into the ground is added to because the top won't detach and has to spin with the screwing. Try the product and see! So sorry we purchased this and didn't realise and return before we tried it.”
“We purchased a canvas duffle bag which was not colour tight and the first time we used it it leached dye and several items of clothing in the bag were ruined which was very disappointing. Even more disappointing is the poor response OzTrail have given when I contacted them and also Tentworld whom I purchased it through. We returned the bag as instructed to Tentworld and it has been over ten days now and we have heard nothing. No refund was offered and as this bag is not fit for purpose I find this very frustrating. We have had one trip back to Tentworld and will have to make another and the time we have invested in having this looked into is unacceptable. I posted a review on OzTrail's and Tentworld's websites but neither have published the review which I find incredibly disappointing and upsetting - clearly they only publish good reviews! I would have expected better after sales service from such a big Company - they should have immediately offered a full refund at the very least. I am still in limbo!”
“I bought a 4.5 x 3 gazebo from Oztrail and as I was setting it up with my children the "heavy duty" frame we noticed was broken.
After multiple rounds of another campers gaff tape we set it up and enjoyed our weekend away.
On return home I contacted Oztrail and told them exactly what had occurred including photo evidence and within two days 3 new arms/supports arrived via courier. I quickly swapped the new ones for the broken ones and have never looked back.
