“I am disappointed with this order because the print doesn’t look like it does in the photo, and the size doesn’t fit me. I love your brand and design, but the print is small, faded, dull, and doesn’t match the photos on the website at all.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear your We Grow Together T-Shirt was not as expected. We always do our best to ensure the images on site reflect the true nature of each product by showing them in different lighting. We apologise if you feel our current images do not match up with the product in hand. Our acid wash t-shirts have been designed to be slightly faded. Due to the nature of the acid wash, individual garments may appear more washed or faded than others, and some of the prints may look a little more distressed or vibrant than others, making each garment unique. We have done our best to outline this in the product descriptions for all our acid wash styles. If you're still unhappy with this one please reach out to our customer service team along with images you can provide, they can then take a further look into this for you and provide a suitable solution. How was the product fit?

“I hate to be negative because it is a nice shirt but it is not how it looks from the advertised photos - instead of a charcoal wash, it has more of a blue hue and the graphic on the back (which was the major charm for me) is much smaller :( I love how it looked from the website's photos but what I received was a let down.”

We always do our best to ensure the images on site reflect the true colours of each product by showing them in different lighting. That being said I sincerely apologise you feel our current images do not match up with the product in hand. I will ensure this feedback is passed over to our team so we can look at getting more imagery shot for these. Our acid wash T-Shirts have been made slightly faded which can be seen in some of the imagery on our website. Due to the nature of the acid wash, individual garments may appear more washed or faded than others, and some of the prints may look a little more distressed or vibrant than others, making each garment more unique. We have done our best to outline this in the product descriptions for all our acid wash styles. “Really nice quality T. Fit is good, I'm 6'7" and an XL is actually long enough. Fabric weight is fairly heavy. I like the collar detail.”
