“True to size. Take the test for sure! Taking the size test let me get the correct size. They fit sooooo well. The only think is is im 5’7” and they are short on me but they are perfect for docs or converse. Shipping was fast and the products are great!!!”

“I hope my review helps someone with sizing because it was a shot in the dark when I ordered. I’m usually a 6/8US and a 27/28 in Madewell jeans. 5’4” 145lbs with bigger butt and thighs. I ordered a UK14 because it was one of the only sizes left and thought if anything I’d wear them baggy. Well they aren’t baggy, but they are cute! More fitted in the butt and thighs for me and the waist is great because bringing it in with the buttons made the pants look less bulky. Length was good for my height but cuffed the hem anyhow. Hope this helps! I wanted a review like this when ordering.”

“These are extremely small with stiff fabric. Note that they don't have inclusive sizes so if you’re above a UK18, this company thinks you’re too fat for them. Tried to return them and got quoted $130 because I live in America. The pants were $109… they are aware of these issues and omit responsibility and care since they’re a “small company” with half a million followers on instagram. Highly do not recommend!!!!”

“Do not order if you’re in the US unless you’re absolutely sure it fits. Bought the size 14 based on their measurements and there’s no way they were correct. Ordered another size and went back and forth via email for days trying to return and the cost to send them back is more than what I paid for the pants.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry you were not happy with the sizing on our 304 Service Fatigue Pants. We do provide a very detailed size guide for our customers along with a find 'Find your size' tool to help you find the perfect fit. Our customer service team are also available to further assist you with any queries you may have around the sizing of each product. In some very rare cases products have been incorrectly labelled, which is what I believe may have happened here. If you can kindly reach out to our customer service team with the images of these measurements at hello@pand.co they will investigate this further for you and find a resolution you are happy with. With regards to returns, unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns, as it is not yet possible, due to the fact that we are a small independent company. I can confirm our customer service team would be more than happy to help any customer find a cheaper option when returning their order. “I absolutely loved the pants!!! They do run small and being in the states I had to rely on Google to tell me what size I’d be in UK sizes. I am returning the first pair and immediately ordered another pair and I really hope it works this time!! Great fit otherwise, great length and I’ve been dying for them to get here!!”
