We strive for quality in everything we do, ensuring that we are producing clothing to the highest standards as sustainably as we possibly can. In order to achieve this we also ensure that we are working with the right factories and suppliers who share our morals and high standards. To clarify this was designed to be a mid-layer garment, perfect for Autumn, and also through Winter when layering up with a jacket. Each of our products are all different in nature and we do our best to outline specific information in all of our product descriptions. I have raised your concern with the production team, and all feedback will be taken into consideration so they can make improvements where necessary for future launches. If you're still unhappy with this one please feel free to return this back to us for a full refund through our returns portal. “Lovely fleece. Only issue is the orange drawstring fell off after one day and lost completely!”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with your Fosse Fleece. The contrast drawstring should be attached securely to this particular product. Sadly at the moment, we do not keep spare buttons or fastenings on site which we are able to send to you at this time. We are looking into the possibility of providing a repair service in the future, for issues such as this one, we are still a small team but we are aware there are still many areas we hope to improve in time.
