“Cool shirt! A lot of loose threads though... Smaller than I expected. All my other shirts are XL but this one would be better as an XXL.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your order was not as expected. Our Sinners T-Shirt has a slightly shorter length compared to our regular fit crew necks, which is mentioned within the product description, however on the very odd occasion, products can get labelled incorrectly, so if you feel that your item did not match up to the measurements as expected, we would recommend reaching out to our customer service team, who can take a look into whether any labelling issues have occurred. Regarding loose threads, these are typically not a fault and are usually cosmetic. These don't impact the garment's structural integrity or external appearance. The act of eliminating every tiny thread end in mass production would be very impractical and costly. These are a usual part of the manufacturing process unless they cause any seams to unravel. For any items you aren’t happy with, we do offer a 45-day returns period and will accept any returns for items that are new, unworn and with tags.
