“I was unhappy with the product, for the first time from P&Co. The material was softer than I could see on the images, and the fit around the inner legs looked weird :( Normally I would not mind returning something - but I had to pay 24 pounds to return the item from EU. Which is more than 1/4 of the total cost. Really annoying.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you were not happy with the fit on these. We have done our best to provide a very detailed size guide for each product to help our customers better understand the sizing, as well as detailed imagery to truly reflect each product. I can't seem to find any previous emails from you regarding this. In future if you feel the item you received did not match up to the measurements or imagery shown, please reach out to our customer support team, they will happily investigate any errors further for you and will be able to offer a solution if there are any intolerances. We are very sorry to hear your return process was not as expected, unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. We are however taking customers return feedback on board and making any changes we can to help reduce costs and provide a smoother return experience.
