“Cute Jeans but odd fit. I am 5’7 I have a long torso and I thought the high waist and length of the jeans was excessive. but like the rest of the reviews sizing is off. I sized up two sizes according to most of the reviews and unfortunately I should’ve just sized up one. I would love to just do exchange them for a size down but beware its TWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS to do a return shipping in US so keep that in mind if you unsure about sizing. Disappointing”

Your review is really helpful for us to relay to our product team so amendments can be made where possible. I am so sorry these have not been as expected. Before purchase, we recommend taking your own measurements in accordance with our Body Measurement guide and comparing these to our Size Guide to help you find your perfect fit. If, however, once received, you feel these have not matched up to the measurements as shown, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team along with any images you can provide of the item laid flat, along with measurements so this information can then be forwarded to our product team for further review. Regarding return costs, we have a reduced cost of $28, which is considerably lower than what customers paid previously. We found that when customers were returning orders to us from the US with alternative couriers, they were being charged anywhere between $80-$200, which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on some fees. We also recommend checking with alternative couriers that may offer a cheaper alternative for you; this does not need to be FedEx or UPS. If you'd like to get in touch with our customer service team, they would be happy to offer any help and advice to reach a resolution.
