“I am typically a size 8US/uk12 I sized up and received the uk14 and they fit just like the model, a little loose but still hugs my curves. I am 5’9 and 175 for reference, and the regular is the perfect length to wear both converse or platform boots.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear your Jett Jeans have not been as expected. For each of our products, we provide a detailed Size Guide, Body Measurements and International Size conversion chart. We also advise to measure a similar item of your own and then compare those measurements to the Size Guide prior to purchase. We have a 'Find your Size' widget available too which can further assist. However, if once you receive you item, you find the sizing is not as expected, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team, so this can be passed on and investigated with product team. We are a UK based company so I can confirm that all our sizing is sized accordingly, we try to make this as clear as possible. On this occasion however, we apologise that this was not communicated in the same way as our other items.
