Nothing is overpowering, and it prompts the mind to ponder the gentle notes of mint and orange. I looked up the word "adaptogenic" and learned it is a marketing term that is regulated; one must not take this description too seriously. But, the tea is very enjoyable and I'd purchase it again!”
