“Had been using the CT-5 for my annual chain replacement but because of its small size, lots of effort to drive out the chain pin. CT-3.2 should be much easier (I'll know in a year!).”

“I'm giving the CT-3.2 an 'Exceeded expectations' rating based on with my experience with Park--both their tools and the company. This CT-3.2 replaced a 20-year-old (?) chain tool (no model #, just marked Park Tool Co.), which had lost one of the ‘teeth’ that fits into the chain between the rollers. (Picture attached.) I should have asked if a warranty replacement was available. I was surprised that the tool's cast steel would break.”

“The product feels like it is well built with lasting durability. I used my new chain tool and it worked as well as i could have expected. my only negative is that there were no operating instructions. While the use for the tool is practically self explanatory for a mechanically inclined person, it is not so straight forward for those who are not. Park Tool does have you tube videos which are helpful however, there is nothing directing consumers to those videos.”

“No joke, I have used other chain tools in the past and they bent or broke the chain, or the tool broke. This one went smooth as butter. I should have bought on long ago.”

“Although I am not employed as a bike mechanic, I do most of my own bike maintenance. The first use of this tool I unfortunately bent the pin that pushes out the rivet on the chain. I have used the smaller Park tool for this many times over the years and have never done this. It could ship with a spare pin.”
