“I ordered the incorrect refills and contacted your customer services and received I presume is an automated response saying your enquirey has been passed to one of our customer servce agents - Signed Sally. After three days and three more email getting the same message I decded to telephone and spoke to a very helpful lady Mandy Stansfield who gave all the information to where to return the incorrect refills to - Mandy was fantastic and posted out the correct refills which I have just received- MANDY STANSFIELDS is a fantastic customer service person and my 5 STARS(*****) go to her !!!!!!!!!”
