“I recently bought a Mont Blanc rollerball to match with the fountain pen I had ordered a few months ago. I'm a Platinum member, if that means anything, and have bought many thing with The Pen Shop in the past. So, I bought the rollerball and, goodness me, two days later it pops up at a 15% discount. Tried with customer services and said they couldn't do anything with retrospected discount. Seems harsh as a regular cusomer. The pen itself is great but don't feel like a valued customer.”
