“My guinea pigs wheek for more hay. There are straw bits but being guinea pigs they like to burrow and play in it. Sometimes they will chew it. Timothy hay is the best hay you can feed guinea pigs. I wouldn't feed my guinea pigs anything else, however. The only con would be, it can be dusty. For the price you pay for bagged hay, I always wonder why they can't remove the dustiness?”
“Nice clean hay, guinea pigs like it, although a bit more grass and less straw type grass would make it even better. Has a bit of seeds etc at the bottom but a lot less than meadow hay.”
“Don't like how it is now compacted down, as the pieces are all broken up and end up with a lot of crumbs at the end. Preferred how it used to be. But rabbits love eating it either way.”
