“Great buy, a lot less expensive than buying from the supermarket or other pet shops, mega prompt delivery and keeps both the puppy and old dog happy for hours.”
“With an elderly dog, finding a treat he'll actually enjoy has become more difficult. Brands in the supermarket that he used to love are now a chore, hard to eat, less likely to be consumed. However, pigs ears are never ignored or left alone. He enjoys them, devours them and when a new bag arrives, he sits and waits for the first one to be offered. They are crunchy and fresh, so he gets a lot more pleasure from them than those bought elsewhere. Also, these are real value for money, with free delivery on the largest pack! I can't recommend them enough! There is a slight drawback; firstly, they don't last that long - he gobbles them up! Secondly, it's essential to ensure that he has time and space for the treat, not a hurried thing, so that he doesn't try to swallow a piece that hasn't been chewed enough, which can still be hard and make him cough - but that's the same with all treats.”
“I got these for $25 on a one day deal from Pet.co.nz - brilliant buying at that price. The dogs love them! I only give them to my Bichons when I'm around though as one of the dogs has had them lodged in his throat more than once (he scoffs them though!) So I'd recommend supervision.”
