Used on both my fluffy maltese x and my short haired foxy x. So easy to use and smells great. The fluffers look and smell great without feeling like their natural oils have been stripped.

A great product that lathers well and cleans our dog's fur. Our dogs love to roll in the most smelly things they can find and this soap bar removes the stink and leaves them fresh with a mild scent of citronella. Better than most shampoos and works out cheaper.

Our dogs love this it's not a over powering smell and it soaps up alot so you don't need to put much on ...I think this is helping to keep the fleas off my dogs I hate using chemicals and flea treatments on my animals....

I went to pet thinking I would need to spend $30 on shampoo. Sales lady suggested this at only $10. I bought and washed the dog. Blown away by how soft and fluffy his fur went. Really good product with nice smell, natural and u can wash them regularly without stripping oil in the coat. Great stuff

Okay, so this soap smells so great I went out and bought a human equivalent for myself. I just wish I loved the soap for my dog as much as that. I really wanted to use this soap, and I bought it twice to make sure it wasn't what we needed. But let's start with the pros! Firstly, the smell! It's amazing, the best scented dog shampoo I've used. It doesn't smell overly floral and left Bjorn's coat smelling like a fresh summers afternoon, lemongrass wafting through the air on some tropical vista; It's that nice. Secondly, it's easy to use! It's soap, we should all have this down by now folks--Hygiene! And lastly, I really liked the packaging, it was easily recyclable and cute to boot. (As for flea repellant, I can't say one way or another as we give him flea drops. But he didn't have any fleas, so A+ there!) So, why did I not like this soap? Let me preface by saying I have a larger dog, and he also has an undercoat, as well as seasonal allergies... Firstly, the soap after use became a gross hairball. I didn't scrub the dog with the soap, and I used it after he had been combed, but it just attracts any loose hair and sticks to it with great joy. I had to chuck it out as it looked like I had a weird neem oil science project sitting under the sink. Secondly, it really did nothing for my dogs skin allergies. I know that grass allergies are a funny thing, but unfortunately in the end it really didn't help Bjorn's skin. So, my final view on this soap is rather mixed. I think that if you have a dog with no undercoat you will have a better experience that I will, and maybe it will work for your dogs seasonal allergies. Unfortunately due to the sticky hair mess it became, and the fact it did nothing for my dogs skin I will be trying other shampoos. I give wash bar a YES for scent (The dog smelled great!), and a MEH for effectiveness.

Have always used good quality shampoos and still think some are great, however with so many excellent reviews I bought a wash bar to try. Rapt! First used it on my very old poodle and it was so easy and she seemed more relaxed having the soap massaged in! Her hair fluffed up, felt healthy and smelt nice, was easy to comb and dry and I really like that it contains natural anti-inflammatories and soothes the skin. Also used to wash my shih tzu's legs after the beach as sand irritates his paws - ezipezi. Definitely will buy again and use less shampoos, but will keep a tearless one for their faces and have two top complimentary options on hand.

I have been trying to find a dog wash that doesn't make my dog smell like dog or irritate his skin after giving him a bath! I've finally found one! No smell at all! Totally recommend.
