“Started these a week before Guy Fawkes with our extremely nervy SPCA-abandoned 3 yr old Bull Terrier/Greyhound cross. He spent the first few nights shaking under the couch especially when the extra loud fireworks went off. After 3 weeks of Guy Fawkes 'night' and Pet Calm capsules he now just looks around warily when he hears the fireworks. We're sure the Pet Calm helped take the edge off because in general he is a little more relaxed in situations that he used to be very nervous in. We'll keep giving him a capsule a day for a while yet and then gradually reduce and hopefully he will have found his brave gene by then :) Strangely he loves thunder - it's just loud man-made noises he's terrified of!”
