“It really annoys me how you send auto shipment email at 3-5am to say you’re sending the dog food and then send it straight away… we used to get an email in advance so we could have the chance to alter the day it arrives or delay slightly if we didn’t need it. I will be cancelling my auto shipment because of this.
There is no way people are awake at these stupid times to change their shipping options you need to allow more time between when the reminder is sent and when the auto shipment happens”
