“No complaints about the product but twice now NZ post have not rang the doorbell and forced me to collect the shipment from a pickup point rather than dropping off at my place. They claim to have passed by but no doorbell or knock. It's frustrating coz why would I go for autoship if end up having to pick up the order anyway.”
