It was his first toy and it was a perfect introduction to positive play as it was just the right size for him to carry around and for us to tug at.
Both the body and the head have squeakers so no matter where he bites, it'll make a noise! The squeaker wasn't an annoying sound - it's soft and not too sharp on the ears.
FYI my dog isn't a big chewer and he's not destructive, so the toy has held up quite well - it only has a small rip in one of its legs and the tail has been chewed open because he likes to only focus on that part... So I'm not sure how it'll hold up with bigger/more active dogs!

“Archie is obsessed with this toy. We can't leave it out now because he sits there staring at it for hours waiting for someone to play with him.
We upgraded from 'small pig' to 'big pig' which has even more squeakers! Unfortunately 'Pig' does tear quite easily, so we do have to supervise Archie when he's playing with it. It also does get a bit slobbery and sticky when he's been gumming it for a while. But he's a happy pup, so we'll keep buying the Pig :)”
