“I liked the product but my cat refused to use it, left parcels on the carpet and mat and would use it to urinate but not poo. I even got 2 to see if it was the tray.”
“At first I was a little sceptical about this product but was pleasantly surprised how good it was! No urine odour that I was aware of and the litter tray is well designed so that no litter was scattered over the floor like he did with the clay litter and simple tray. Very easy to clean the used litter which drops into the bottom tray I just wash it into the garden. A big plus is that it should be far more economical than the clay litter which I had to replace every day (while holding my nose...) The initial cost of the tray will be quickly recovered. Wished I had changed ages ago to this system. I have already recommended Kittydo tray & litter to friends. Well done Kittydo!!!”
“These are really very good. I bought one and have recently bought a second one. They are easy to clean and truly honestly they do NOT smell AT ALL. Easy to dispatch of #2's and #1's break down the litter no problem into the blue tray so no waste. I have put a liner in the blue tray just to make it easier to me to bag and dispatch the broken down litter but that is totally optional. I bought the bigger one, even though my cat probably could have managed the smaller one but it just makes life easier. The handy sides too allow an element of privacy. It is easy to put together, clean and dismantle etc all in one go making litter box cleaning an easy thing. Absolutely no tracking but Socky does still manage to kick 1 or 2 pieces of litter out of the box every now and again. Much much tidier than my previous litter boxes.”
“Overall, this seems to be a good product. The litter box is large with a decent rim, which reduces tracking. The system works as advertised: used litter turns to sawdust and is collected in the bottom of the tray. I love that the litter is eco friendly and disguises the smell of cat pee. However, there are a few cons. With my two kittens, I have to empty the sawdust once a day, which is a somewhat cumbersome task. Otherwise, the sawdust builds up in the tray and my kittens will not use it. Also, it does not disguise the smell of number twos well, and my kittens will not always bury their business (as this is a heavier type of litter). Overall, I love the concept but find that this system requires too much maintenance and will not continue to use it.”
“My large 10 year old would stand in the middle of the standard sized tray and her bottom would overhang, therefore leaving a mess on the floor. This Deluxe tray is a great size for the larger cat and its so easy to keep clean. Her spot in the bathroom smells so much fresher.”
