“I use it a lot. Safe to use, smells pleasant, doesn't stain the tank.
The cons are: expensive and not strong enough for serious infections. Also leaves a bit of oily residue”
“I use Melafix for all my aquatic animals, including my Red Eared Slider turtle, but I found it was most outstanding with my tadpoles because its safe for unfiltered water. It has been great for clearing up their minor skin abrasions and infections, and has a really lovely smell. The turtle has responded well with it also.”
