We have added text and videos on the web site to explain too. Please give the pillows a good rub and let us know if the Lavender scent is there for you. If the scent really isn't there for some reason of course we would exchange them.

HI, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Our lavender pillows are filled with micro-capsules that are designed to release their aroma when the pillow is plumped or massaged, this is too release a scent that isn't too over powering when you are trying to sleep. If you with like a stronger scent of lavender just fluff your pillow up before you go to sleep :)

“I’ve had this pillow for a month now and waited to review so I could give a reliable honest review, I couldn’t smell the lavender which was disappointing but my husband could, probably due to having Covid a few years ago, at first it was nice and fluffy but over time it’s getting flatter and flatter I think it will hold out for another couple of weeks before its totally flat, but for the price it’s is ok but will need replacing very soon. I did like it though when I first got it and if you don’t mind replacing every couple of months I’d buy it again”

We try and match everyone to their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect match.
