“I suffer from waking during the night with neck pain and numb or pins and needles in my arms. I wriggle a lot in my sleep so the fact these pillows are not for either side or back sleepers was great. Very comfortable no matter what weird position I get myself in, and no more neck pain or arm problems. Can definitely recommend .”
