“We've had these a few weeks now and can honestly say that they are "Seriously Comfortable! They are a bit on the firm side but give your head good support. I'm a side sleeper, my wife is a back sleeper, and they work for both of us. A good buy.”

“Two stars because I did eventually get a refund. The pillow arrived poorly packaged, the cardboard box was somewhat battered, the plastic bag containing the pillow was unsealed and had been opened.
The pillow was advertised as soft but was too firm and unsuitable. I contacted customer services because I wished to return it. I was told I couldn't return the pillow for a refund as it was unsealed and had been opened. He suggested I donate it to charity - a £49 pillow! I had to send photos and was contacted by another customer service advisor who agreed to refund me. However I still had to pay postage costs which I was not happy about.”

Sorry to hear you didn't love your pillow, we have excellent reviews on the Seriously Comfortable Cloud Comfort pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect match.
