“I ordered these pillows as they were described as good for side sleepers with neck pain issues. I understood that there was a warranty period for the pillows. When they arrived I was looking forward to trying them, but thought I should check the returns policy before I did so. Just as well I did, because I discovered that returns are accepted, provided the items are unused, in new condition and in original packaging. Since my only way to ascertain if these pillows would alleviate my neck pain would be to try them, I had no alternative but to return them for a refund. I returned them immediately and provided Pillow World with the appropriate returns information. My return was acknowledged and I was promised a full refund to my account in 3-5 days, but 13 days later I am still waiting for my refund !

Hi Oasgood, really sorry to hear you were displeased with our customer service. Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds on opened pillows for hygiene reasons. This is standard industry practice.
Hi Joy, really sorry to hear this pillow didn't work for you. We have had loads of good reviews on the Sealy Side Sleeper but comfort is subjective and sometime it just isn't a perfect fit.
