“This is my first time using rock sugar in tea, and needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. It really brings out the natural flavor of the tea without overpowering it the way honey can if you use too much. Usually I add the rock sugar, let it dissolve, taste test, and then I add some raw honey if I want the added honey flavor. It's soooo good! Would highly recommend!”
