“I probably used more tea than needed as I like a strong brew...very good, chocolate first than nutty and sweet....don’t even know that it needed anything added. Surprisingly chocolate forward.
Need to play with this one again. Not for a day you aren’t feeling up for the exact name of it...almost a hot chocolate alternative...damn good with a touch of Baileys.”
“Even chocolate and hazelnut can't mask the fact that to me, all black tea tastes pretty meh. The chocolate and hazelnut flavors are definitely there, but they don't stand out as much as I'd like them to. I'm sure that if I was a bigger fan of black tea, this would be a 5-star rating! I've tried it with a dab of honey which wasn't good, and I've had it straight which is fine. I'll try it with some milk once I get some, and hopefully the creaminess will bring out the chocolate and hazelnut a bit more!”
“I love a good, strong chai, and I love hazelnut, but this one wasn't my favorite. I think the ginger is a little overwhelming compared to the other flavors, and I miss other chai spices like cardamom.”
“It’s not my favorite chai, but it’s a solid dessert tea. Tasty and holds up to a touch of cream added in. Not something I’d drink daily, but it was a nice treat after dinner.”
“I was excited to receive this and thought it sounded amazing. However, I do not use milk or sugar and found this tea a little too bitter for me. It is an amazing blend for those who like a stronger tea.”
