“I’m pretty sure this one doesn’t sit well with me because I haven’t figured out how to make it so that I enjoy it! I think if I added a touch of sweetener, i would like it a lot more.
Don’t get me wrong, this tastes EXACTLY like red velvet. It’s uncanny. It tastes so much like red velvet cake.
That being sad, there is something slightly....chemical-y about this tea. I’m not too sure what it is. I’m going to try it with some sweetener or milk and see if that kind of masks the taste.”

I found that, for me, the cocoa nibs and Pu'erh earthiness/potential bitterness were not so much balanced by the sweetness of the beetroot and blackberry but instead clashed.”
