“Good to Excellent. The design is beautiful, the engraving I requested is just amazing. It's a sturdy product with a good amount of attention to detail. A few minor points: the battery that came with the necklace watch was depleted on arrival. I took this to a jeweler in the neighborhood, and this person had a lot of trouble getting the battery replaced. The lid on the back was pressed on so tight, he could not remove it without slightly damaging the watch itself. Of course, I realize this has to do with machine pressing during manufacture. Human hands just don't have the strength of an industrial machine. But still, these things detracted from the overall product experience.”
