Bought a wedding present for my sister and even received a courtesy call from Carl asking exactly what I wanted engraved and had a better solution to fit the font I had chosen. My sister couldn't have been happier and I will definately recommend. I think you guys have a great set up and certainly know how to manage your customers expectation.
