I have used the NX9 two times and have been very pleased with the ease of operation and the accuracy. Great range finder

Received my NX9 HD recently and was expecting it to feel a bit "cheap", but my first impression is that it is a really solid product. Mine actually came with a dead battery, but since Precision offers free lifetime replacement, a quick phone call got me a replacement just a couple of days later. Very quick to get a reading when I tested it, and I love that it adds the slope compensation (which you can turn off if you don't want it). Very happy with this rangefinder and can't wait to actually try it out when the snow melts!

This rangefinder is great. Clear and precise. Quick distance read. One small problem is the yard/meter button is to close to distance read button and too sensitive.. Had it switch to meters in middle of round. Created some confusion but quickly solved. Great product as all of the Precision Pro stuff has been.

Called Customer Service when it would not turn on after arrival. Left a message with CS as it was Saturday at 1000AM. No call back. Emailed CS after a few days and was told a battery would be shipped out. New battery powers the unit on. Why ship with the battery installed? Why not just ship a spare battery if it is going to be installed? It cannot be cheap to have to deal with a CS case and ship out a $0.30 battery. Let's see how it performs on the course.

Ordered the new NX9 HD just 3 minutes before 2019 ended. Took advantage of the free international shipping and $40 off. Received it here in the Philippines in 13 days. Upon arrival it was well packaged, however it would not power up. Battery was dead. Contacted PrecisionPro and got immediate response and they sent a new battery (on its way). Managed to find a new battery here and it powered right up. On the course functions flawlessly, very light, fits my medium size hand well. I have very shaky hands, but not a problem so far. Furthest pin I zapped was 225yds, got it quick. Slope functions well, as near as I can tell. The magnet works well, as long as you have some steel. It won’t stick to my ClicGear cart, aluminum I guess. I have Maxfli Revolution multi-layer irons, won’t stick on them either. Sticks well on my Vokey wedges though! So far I will buy Precision Pro again when needed!

Received the Precision Pro as a Christmas gift. Love the looks, feel (compactness) and display but have not used it in a round yet. I'm looking for some spring weather to come soon so I can use it.
