“Received the item but was sad to discover that it shut off after the first use and would not turn on. Ultimately discovered that the battery came loose for some reason and once I removed and replaced it, it's worked solidly ever since.
Customer service was helpful in getting me a backup battery so I wouldn't be caught on the course without it working.
Would buy again. I will say I wish it came with an extra battery right away - helpful insurance!”
“It was about 10 yards too long consistently and after 2 months it drained the battery. I put and new in and it drained that one after a round. Maybe it was a defective unit but I was no longer interested after all that. I returned for a refund.”
