Paid up for this fancy sprayer and it did not work. Tried all of the troubleshooting methods recommended but nothing worked so ended up transferring to an empty spray bottle. Stain protection is sub par so far.

Hi Andrea. I am sorry to hear the battery sprayer does not seem to be functioning properly. It is ok i ask you a few questions to try to find where the problem is? 1. Is the battery sprayer turning on but blowing bubbles or air? Please confirm you have inserted the batteries correctly, i.e. one up and one down (see here: https://bit.ly/howtoinsertbatteriescorrectly)? Some customers seem to miss that step so we like to double check. The batteries need to be placed in this orientation to be able to draw the liquid from the bottle. A different orientation will allow the sprayer to turn on but it won't draw any liquid. 9 times out of 10 this is the issue. 2. Is there any noise at all coming from the sprayer? If not, try new batteries. It is possible that the batteries provided could be flat so please try new batteries to double check. 3. If you're still having issues, - Try removing the small white ring that attaches to the bottle to create better suction, if you're having trouble drawing the liquid from the bottle. - Try placing the end of the straw into hot water and turning the sprayer on. There may be a small blockage that needs to be dislodged. I have also attached some instructions that may help: https://bit.ly/batterysprayerinstructions If you still can't get it to work, please confirm you have tried all of the above and we are happy to send a free replacement. Thanks, Rachel

I used it on my couch (sprayed 2x ) and it did not work ! Liquid still does not just seat on top it transfers through the couch. I am very disappointed that it did not work. This was not a cheap purchase.

Hello Migena, I am sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with how protectME has performed we do offer a 100% money-back guarantee, but is it ok if I ask you a few questions? Can I ask what material your couch is and how many seaters is it? How much product did you use? How many coats did you apply? Did you treat the whole couch? (Back, sides, both sides of the backing cushions and both sides of the seated cushions?) Do you have a photo you can share? We usually recommend applying 100ml of protectME per m2 of fabric for most fabrics per coat. Please note that some fabrics will require a second coat — usually thicker/more absorbent fabrics such as rugs, linen, cotton, or loose weave fabrics. This second coat can be applied within 30 mins from the first with another 100ml per M2. Based on this ratio, our 750ml bottle will cover about 7.5m2 of fabric and our 5-litre container will cover 50m2 of fabric. Just for reference, If you were to treat a standard 3-seater couch and you were to treat the whole couch, we would normally recommend a 2L big job pack with the battery sprayer for one coat. The coating should last 2-3 years depending on traffic. I look forward to your response and am here to help so please don't hesitate. Thanks, Arlene

I found this product to be just okay. In my opinion, it doesn’t quite justify the price. I expected better quality for the cost.
