“I had to ship this to a family member since you don’t ship to Hawaii. I waited 1 month for it to arrive from shipping to Texas, then shipping to Hawaii. The box came severally damaged see attached photos and the sprayer was missing. I have not used the product as I have no idea on what to buy that would allow ease of spraying. Shipping from Texas cost my family member $100, so this order has now cost me over $200 plus cost of new sprayer.”

I am so sorry that you have had such a bad experience receiving our product.
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the order is then out of our hands and into the hands of the local postal carriers which don't seem to have looked after your parcel very well.
From looking at the photos, the box looks to have been taped up again so it's very possible that your sprayer has fallen out of the box.
You can easily decant the product into another bottle with a trigger sprayer or add another sprayer that has been cleaned from another bottle.
I understand this is not ideal and we put the sprayers in separately to stop the bottle leaking in transit.
