We are currently working with ROUTE package protection to work out where the 2nd bottle that you have ordered is.
ROUTE had already supplied a replacement order for you as your first order was lost in transit with USPS. This unfortunately, is something that is out of our control but I can imagine, very frustrating on your behalf.
Please bare with us a little longer while we try to locate the second bottle.
If we cannot locate it, we will refund or replace the 2nd bottle free of charge.
