I am sorry that you have not been happy with our product and we do back our products with a 100% money back guarantee but is ok I ask you a few questions?
Can I ask how much product you used?
Can i ask what you were treating and how big it is?
Can i also ask what sort of material you were treating?
Is the weave of the fabric tight or loose? Are the fibres close together or far apart?
For most standard upholstery and fabric surfaces and rugs we recommend using 100ml per square meter (M2) per coat.
If the material treated is a heavy/thick or absorbent material, we recommend applying a second coat with an additional 100ml per M2 within 30 minutes.
The way protectME works is it coats each individual fibre. If the weave of the fabric is very close together (tight), then using protectME can create a water repellant barrier but if the weave is quite far apart (loose) then some water can still penetrate through the material as it is breathable but it will protect the fibres from staining and absorbing the liquid for easier cleaning.

If you please contact customer service, they will send out a replacement free of charge.
Unfortunately as soon as the package leaves our packing company, the parcel is out of our hands and damages while in transit can happen.
As you have stated this review for the 750ml bottle, I am guessing this was the bottle that leaked. Once this is confirmed, a new bottle will be organised to sent out to you.
