Raspberry & Liquorice Jam – 190mlNot your average breakfast jam.
A bold twist on tradition – sweet raspberries meet the earthy intrigue of real liquorice root. This jar is for the adventurous palate: those who love something just a bit left of centre. Deep berry notes are lifted by the gentle aniseed warmth of liquorice, creating a flavour that lingers beautifully on the tongue.
Serving Ideas– Spread generously on sourdough or fruit toast for a surprising flavour hit– Pair with aged cheddar or blue cheese for a conversation-starting grazing board– Use as a glaze for roast meats or to elevate a dark chocolate tart– Discover more fun ways to use it in our 29 Fantastic Uses for Quincey Jones Jam blog post

We purchased the Raspberry and Licorice as a bit of a curiosity and it is absolutely beautiful. The licorice hits you first o the roof of your mouth then the tartness of the raspberry cuts through and it is fabulous. I even took it to work with a loaf of bread and we all had toast for morning tea and everyone there enjoyed it too.

As coincidence dictates I am, as I type, eating this delicious spread on toast. I am having the first two layers of skin being exfoliated by two of my dogs begging the crusts. It’s one of their favourites too.

This is totally scrummy. Liquorice and raspberry are two of my favourite foods, I wasn't sure how well they would complement each other in the same jam... I would say... ambrosial!
