Orange Whiskey Marmalade – 270mlBittersweet citrus with a boozy wink.
This one’s for those who like their marmalade with backbone. Made in the traditional Seville style, we use whole oranges — peel and all — plus a glug of whiskey and a hit of fresh zest. Bright, bold, complex... and just cleans up on the breakfast table. Serving Ideas– Spread thickly on toast with lashings of cultured butter– Pair with strong cheddar or blue cheese on a cracker– Glaze ham, duck or roast veggies for a dinner party twist– Spoon through orange cake or drizzle into muffins
Handcrafted along the Murray River in Echuca–Moama using 100% Australian oranges from Gunbower, Victoria. Whiskey adds depth—no booze, just grown‑up flavour. Gluten-free.  Vegan-friendly.  No preservatives. Just full-bodied citrus magic.

What can I say! This is a delicious marmalade not too tart. Only two things wrong it is too yummy just have on your breakfast toast and the jar too small. I'm glad I discovered and can support this great little Australian business. Well done to QJJ Preserves.

It's nice and a bit tangy. Not your typical orange marmalade. Planning to try using it to glaze a ham

Loved the flavour. I do prefer my marmalade chunky, very chunky, but this is a good recipe.
