We are saddened to see your review and understand how disappointing it must have been to have your parcel lost in transit. As a shipper, we do everything we can to ensure your order is packed safely and shipped promptly. However, there are circumstances beyond our control, and occasionally, parcels can get lost. I apologise if the emails from our customer service team were not clear. They have diligently followed the claims process, and you have already been refunded the amount received from DHL as well as all the shipping fees. We regret that this situation has negatively impacted our reputation, even though it was due to a third-party issue. Many international customers choose to shop with us because they trust our reliable and fast service for international shipping. “Iused to order it from other website..but this time was very bad..iorderd 2 boxes ...one of them is black...dry and no effect at all no peeling..the second is fine But in both the sunscreen is also bad...even i shaked when i pour oil comes first then late the tinted solution. Yhats really bad and not fair to send damage item.”
