“Delivery guys were amazing! Had a bit of a faff with it being delayed on delivery day ?? But Amazon sorted it and got it delivered on time. Is really quiet Looks amazing it's a dark silver not light silver like the picture shows. Quality is amazing it has alot of space and was a amazing price. It does only have one drawer so I bought plastic trays off amazon for extra storage so things weren't stacked on top of each other. Was easy to set up just plugged it in then used the digital display to set the temp for the fridge and freezer after 3 hours it was ready to use. Also comes with 12 months guarantee which is great”

“Received this with dents in the fridge door, and was told by the delivery company either accept it as it is and then try and sort it out with the vendor or dont accept it and contact the vendor to arrange delivery of another one which would probably take at least 10 days. As I had no fridge at the time I felt I had to accept it. Then after putting a review on trustpilot, I received a phone call from reliant apologising and offering me a £50 refund. this was on 20/01/26 and still no refund and no contact! UPDATE Had an apology and an improved refund from reliant, so much improved service. As for the fridge freezer, so far so good, Surprising amount of space for its size and not too noisy, so quite happy with it.”

“Brilliant fridge freezer. Lots of space for a big shop the water dispenser is an added bonus and I had a nice surprise to find out the fridge freezer has a lock on it. Stops the kids helping themselves (2 of my own and 2 step children) Bargain at £499 the delivery man and woman were friendly and helpful bringing my item into the room I wanted it in 5* product and 5* service THANK YOU”

“The fridge freezer is perfect. Had an issue with the delivery via ArrowXL, they failed to deliver twice. Reliant sorted the problem and sent another one out the next day. Reliants customer service is fantastic and very helpful.”
