“10/10 for Reliant, excellent customer service, good products. I had been looking for a dishwasher for a while, I looked at my usual suppliers but didn’t like the prices, or the delivery charges, during my searches I came upon Reliant. I had some questions that I’d emailed over, I had a call back from a very helpful and informative gentleman called John who answered all of my questions. I selected my desired item, booked the delivery on a day to suit me, the delivery was scheduled for 9-11, I had a call from the ArrowXL team when they were half an hour away, they arrived promptly, took the dishwasher to my kitchen. My only minor gripe was that the packaging was filthy on the top, I know it gets removed but it was in my kitchen……. The dishwasher was very well packaged, an outer sleeve, an inner thick waffle box and a bag. I unpacked it, I installed it and it’s working a treat. I was originally going to get a Smeg one but the reviews weren’t good at all, so I opted for a 16 place HYE branded one, I am very pleased with the quality and performance so far for the price. It is well thought out and easy to load, I did have to move the middle drawer to the higher setting as my plates were catching on the spray bar, but a minor adjustment that took moments. You can set the water hardness and the rinse aid dispenser easy enough, it’s got 4 wash modes that meet all of my needs, it’s quiet in operation and best of all it was a very reasonable price and immediately available. Overall very pleased with Reliant, their delivery partners and the product. I will definitely choose to buy from them again, thank you.”

“After sales and dealing with reliant was good. Product is excellent. They need to change their courier. Damaged delivery twice, unprofessional cowboys. Avoid unless that is improved. I had advices them but I guess they must be a cheap option but must cost them in the long run.”

“I did have issues with F/F arrived damaged, i would assume at where it was packed, i was really impressed with how it was packaged, delivery. And a lot of msgng was sorted and a good will gesture. Would buy again thank you”

“Great company to deal with, I've bought 2 appliances from them in the past 6 months, one for myself delivered to Scotland and the second as a gift for my son in the South of England. For both I was able to get delivery within a couple of days, I received confirmation of the order instantly telling me I would receive a text with a window of time for the delivery which I did the evening before and on the day, also promising that the driver would call 15 mins before arriving which happened on both occasions. Very reliable”

“I called ahead of placing my order as I had a few questions regarding delivery, all were answered swiftly by a very helpful gentleman called John. I was completely reassured, so placed my order. The delivery was arranged on a day to suit me, everything happened like clockwork, would definately recommend and would certainly use again. Thank you Reliant.”

“LET DOWN - AWAITING REFUND - NO DELIVERY I received an email on 25th Feb inviting me to write a review; I also received an email that stated "Thank you for your recent order from Reliant. We hope you love your new purchase" - Hmmm! Ordered 18th Feb - emailed to ask Reliant which date they wanted to deliver out of 25th or 26th Feb - they chose 26th (so I booked annual leave). Then, at 15:52 on 25 Feb a voicemail from Reliant "whenever you`re free ... give me a quick call back ... it`s just regarding the delivery" 15:55 I return call - no-one picking up the call. Then, an email: On Wednesday, 25 February 2026 at 16:20:27 GMT, RELIANT wrote: Good afternoon, I hope you are well, Due to the technical error with the couriers we can deliver the item on 27/02/26 to 28/02/26, please can you confirm a suitable date before 11:00am on 26/02/26. Kind regards Nikky Reliant NOTICE THERE IS NO APOLOGY ANYWHERE IN THE PHONE OR EMAIL MESSAGE, however, I expect `James` will respond to this review with his stock message of "apologies ... please phone me ..." I tried to return your phone call (at 15:55), however, there was no reply from option 2 `deliveries`. “Ordered a HYE 12kg washing machine from Reliant last week after finding their pricing very competitive with bigger retailers. Had an absolute nightmare of a delivery experience with the courier that delivered the washing machine, but the service from Reliant was fantastic and can’t blame them for the actions of a third party courier. They responded to my enquiries promptly and the machine itself seems great value for money so far.”
