“Ordered a fridge freezer, was unusable when opened. Numerous calls to reliant to resolve and numerous promises to call back with alternative, but didn't. They pretty much insisted they wanted to send hoover out to inspect ( not sure why when they have there own 30 day returns policy) waited up after a nightshift for the engineer to come and tell is basically it was unfixable, more phone calls,was finally offered an alternative ( it was blue, stated had to be white or black) asked for the refund which we had asked for the day after it was delivered, they insisted we had to repackage it up, not sure why when it was knackered, waited a further week for it to be collected - promised a refund within 7- 10 working days- another call back as 10 days passed no refund, had a snotty email to say they had received it that morning and it needed to be inspected, 11 days after the courier collected it, they had the inspection report from Hoover. Honestly I've never ever had so much hassle ordering an appliance - the whole process has taken about 5 weeks and the fridge was in the way in our tiny kitchen for 2 weeks, absoulute joke to be honest! Not sure how they can justify sending broken products and leaving the customer to deal with the aftermath, appalling.”

“Went to the new Reliant shop in Cleveleys (which is a boon, now it stocks so many more electrical items) to buy a washing machine, Simon was extremely helpful in ensuring we selected the right model for our needs. Product delivered and installed quickly, no fuss no bother. Great service, highly recommended”

“Purchased two Samsung speakers neither of which worked. Returned both with all parts in original pacakaging. Refunded for only one. They refuse to refund other speaker as remote is apparently missing. All parts were present when I passed to courier. This speaker in question has now been registered with someone else. Avoid this company. They are scammers and thieves.”

“Martin was really helpful in the Cleveleys shop, picked up the Samsung 65” Crystal uhd tv from the Blackpool showroom, it was screen tested it before I took it away, great tv, great service, they came highly recommend by quite a few I know and I will be returning again to replace all our tv’s.. just need to chase a socket in now!”

“We bought a new Samsung TV 75 inch from Reliant Direct TV of Blackpool .. We used Amazon .. The TV arrived and after 7 days it is making a loud buzzing noise every second .. We contacted Reliant Direct TV of Blackpool and they say they want to take it back and if nothing is wrong with it charge us .. We paid £800 for this tv and in a week it’s not working right .. Their attitude is totally wrong ... We will have to contact Samsung as we do not want a TV that does this after a week .. We want a replacement or our money back .. Be aware do not buy from these people”

“Bought Samsung washing machine with recycle and installation, unfortunately due to covid-19 and change of rules could only deliver curb side. I put old machine outside and they still recycled. Item arrived quick keeping me informed on arrival. Fully refunded me for both installation and recycling even though they took old machine away. Very pleased, excellent customer service.”

“I thought saving a few quid buying off the internet would be worth it, but it's really not worth the hassle if stuff goes wrong. 1 faulty tv delivered, turn collected, then having had to pay again, the wrong tv turns up - to cap it all I have to pay for it to be returned. Still waiting for refunds on 2 TVs. Ended up going to a high street retailer.... no problems !”

“Never buy anything from this place. My tv was faulty and all they did was pass the buck. Customer service is shocking and information given to me was completely wrong. Please never buy from this company happy to take your money but not happy to help.”

“Worst online experience in 20 years. And just think how bad websites where in 1998. Still waiting on a refund a week after it being returned. Mega slow response to emails. Will be raising this with my bank and PayPal to get it sorted. £469 is a bit chunk of money to be sat in their bank account, opposed to mine. I would give these a massive swerve. You cant even speak to customer services on the phone. They will only deal with you via email (or should that be called snail-mail).”

“Just been on the phone with the Customer service team, 5/5 for product knowledge and the service regarding my order was spot on, called back when he said he would (Chris with a K) so, Kris emailed links, info and all important info to me within minutes and then reprocessed my order all this morning, if that is anything to go by I would have to highly recommend them as a customer service champion (if there was an award), not only that but their price was better than nearly everyone else too and the two that just shaded it for pricing did not have any in stock. Will definitely be back.”
