Purchased this machine as I have a small limited space in an outbuilding fits amazingly well πŸ˜€ I plumbed it in myself got me spirit level to make sure πŸ˜€ Amazing machine its quiet on the spin and has some nifty programs for short washes as there only two of us the wash load of 8kg is fine King-size matress topper fitted in perfectly πŸ‘Œ πŸ‘ Im very happy with my purchase ☺️ thankyou

A great company to deal with. I would have given them 5 stars but they did send my freezer to the wrong depot for delivery initially so it delayed the delivery, but it was very easy to contact them and resolve the issue and arrange a new delivery date that suited me. everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, and also the delivery driver was excellent, helping me to carry the freezer upstairs to my apartment. Finally, the freezer is great for a budget freezer and Reliant have very competitive prices.

The products sold are of great quality even when my washing machine arrived regrettably damaged in transit a replacement was quickly on its way . The washing machine is great and probably the best one we have had in years and easy to use great wash and at a great price for the 12kg washing machine.

After sales and dealing with reliant was good. Product is excellent. They need to change their courier. Damaged delivery twice, unprofessional cowboys. Avoid unless that is improved. I had advices them but I guess they must be a cheap option but must cost them in the long run.

I did have issues with F/F arrived damaged, i would assume at where it was packed, i was really impressed with how it was packaged, delivery. And a lot of msgng was sorted and a good will gesture. Would buy again thank you

I called ahead of placing my order as I had a few questions regarding delivery, all were answered swiftly by a very helpful gentleman called John. I was completely reassured, so placed my order. The delivery was arranged on a day to suit me, everything happened like clockwork, would definately recommend and would certainly use again. Thank you Reliant.

LET DOWN - AWAITING REFUND - NO DELIVERY I received an email on 25th Feb inviting me to write a review; I also received an email that stated "Thank you for your recent order from Reliant. We hope you love your new purchase" - Hmmm! Ordered 18th Feb - emailed to ask Reliant which date they wanted to deliver out of 25th or 26th Feb - they chose 26th (so I booked annual leave). Then, at 15:52 on 25 Feb a voicemail from Reliant "whenever you`re free ... give me a quick call back ... it`s just regarding the delivery" 15:55 I return call - no-one picking up the call. Then, an email: On Wednesday, 25 February 2026 at 16:20:27 GMT, RELIANT wrote: Good afternoon, I hope you are well, Due to the technical error with the couriers we can deliver the item on 27/02/26 to 28/02/26, please can you confirm a suitable date before 11:00am on 26/02/26. Kind regards Nikky Reliant NOTICE THERE IS NO APOLOGY ANYWHERE IN THE PHONE OR EMAIL MESSAGE, however, I expect `James` will respond to this review with his stock message of "apologies ... please phone me ..." On Wednesday, 25 February 2026 at 16:54:53 GMT, Nicki Dixon wrote: Hello I missed your phone call today (at 15:52). I tried to return your phone call (at 15:55), however, there was no reply from option 2 `deliveries`.
