“The item arrived and during unpacking it, we found it to be damaged, it was clearly damaged prior to packaging for postage too as the protective film wasnt on the damaged part only the undamaged! I had already arranged a large food delivery to fill the new fridge freezer, reliant offered either a partial (very poor) refund or they would come and collect it and replace it at the same time - not allowing the new product to come down to temperature to save all my food so unfortunately wasn't an option, we had no choice but to accept the poor refund and have a very expensive supposedly brand new fridge freezer that looks terrible with visible damage. I wouldn't recommend or use again unfortunately.”
