LET DOWN - AWAITING REFUND - NO DELIVERY I received an email on 25th Feb inviting me to write a review; I also received an email that stated "Thank you for your recent order from Reliant. We hope you love your new purchase" - Hmmm! Ordered 18th Feb - emailed to ask Reliant which date they wanted to deliver out of 25th or 26th Feb - they chose 26th (so I booked annual leave). Then, at 15:52 on 25 Feb a voicemail from Reliant "whenever you`re free ... give me a quick call back ... it`s just regarding the delivery" 15:55 I return call - no-one picking up the call. Then, an email: On Wednesday, 25 February 2026 at 16:20:27 GMT, RELIANT wrote: Good afternoon, I hope you are well, Due to the technical error with the couriers we can deliver the item on 27/02/26 to 28/02/26, please can you confirm a suitable date before 11:00am on 26/02/26. Kind regards Nikky Reliant NOTICE THERE IS NO APOLOGY ANYWHERE IN THE PHONE OR EMAIL MESSAGE, however, I expect `James` will respond to this review with his stock message of "apologies ... please phone me ..." I tried to return your phone call (at 15:55), however, there was no reply from option 2 `deliveries`. I am unhappy about this situation as I placed my order last week (18th) and have booked annual leave from work for tomorrow (26th) which is the date that you chose when I gave the option of 25th or 26th. I have already received emails hoping that I am happy with my order and a request to leave a review. Please can you explain why I cannot receive my order tomorrow, and why I am only being informed now. Thank you. Thank you. I WANTED MY REVIEW TO BE "LET DOWN - PROMPT REFUND" HOWEVER ... NO RESPONSE FROM RELIANT :-(

Cooker arrived on time but had to wait a few days for an electrician to come and wire it in, when we took it out of the packaging the hob was bowed in the middle !! I have emailed them and waiting for a reply. Not sure if I will keep it now as it’s obviously not very strong in top ! I’ll wait and see what they say !!

I recently bought a Samsung cordless vacuum cleaner from Reliant Store online. After placing the order, I noticed the same product was cheaper on Samsung's website. I contacted Reliant, and Anthony promised to match the price. However, when I sent the necessary details the next day, I was told by Lee that they couldn’t honor the price match due to warranty terms – which turned out to be a false excuse. This was an extremely frustrating experience. The customer service was inconsistent, and I felt misled. Anthony initially seemed willing to help, but Lee’s refusal to honor the promise left me feeling like I couldn’t trust anything they said. Overall, my experience with Reliant Store was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. It's not worth the hassle or the disappointment. I would advise others to avoid this store, as I’m not sure I can trust them to deliver on their commitments.

They delivered our Tv over 4 days late. Once you give them a much deserved 1 star review they will keep ringing you to try and get you to change the review. Even if you block the number they still leave voicemails

Worst company I have dealt with for years. Not had one reply from emails or calls, and no refund yet from a product I didn’t even receive. Buy else where or you money is gone for good

Ordered a fridge freezer, was unusable when opened. Numerous calls to reliant to resolve and numerous promises to call back with alternative, but didn't. They pretty much insisted they wanted to send hoover out to inspect ( not sure why when they have there own 30 day returns policy) waited up after a nightshift for the engineer to come and tell is basically it was unfixable, more phone calls, was finally offered an alternative ( it was blue, stated had to be white or black) asked for the refund which we had asked for the day after it was delivered, they insisted we had to repackage it up, not sure why when it was knackered, waited a further week for it to be collected - promised a refund within 7- 10 working days- another call back as 10 days passed no refund, had a snotty email to say they had received it that morning and it needed to be inspected, 11 days after the courier collected it, they had the inspection report from Hoover. Honestly I've never ever had so much hassle ordering an appliance - the whole process has taken about 5 weeks and the fridge was in the way in our tiny kitchen for 2 weeks, absoulute joke to be honest! Not sure how they can justify sending broken products and leaving the customer to deal with the aftermath, appalling.

Purchased two Samsung speakers neither of which worked. Returned both with all parts in original pacakaging. Refunded for only one. They refuse to refund other speaker as remote is apparently missing. All parts were present when I passed to courier. This speaker in question has now been registered with someone else. Avoid this company. They are scammers and thieves.

We bought a new Samsung TV 75 inch from Reliant Direct TV of Blackpool .. We used Amazon .. The TV arrived and after 7 days it is making a loud buzzing noise every second .. We contacted Reliant Direct TV of Blackpool and they say they want to take it back and if nothing is wrong with it charge us .. We paid £800 for this tv and in a week it’s not working right .. Their attitude is totally wrong ... We will have to contact Samsung as we do not want a TV that does this after a week .. We want a replacement or our money back .. Be aware do not buy from these people

I thought saving a few quid buying off the internet would be worth it, but it's really not worth the hassle if stuff goes wrong. 1 faulty tv delivered, turn collected, then having had to pay again, the wrong tv turns up - to cap it all I have to pay for it to be returned. Still waiting for refunds on 2 TVs. Ended up going to a high street retailer.... no problems !

Worst online experience in 20 years. And just think how bad websites where in 1998. Still waiting on a refund a week after it being returned. Mega slow response to emails. Will be raising this with my bank and PayPal to get it sorted. £469 is a bit chunk of money to be sat in their bank account, opposed to mine. I would give these a massive swerve. You cant even speak to customer services on the phone. They will only deal with you via email (or should that be called snail-mail).

Avoid them the plague. I bought an expensive LG TV from them and within days the screen developed a fault. I contacted them and told them and their response was astonishing...I would have to pay for a second set and then afterwards get a refund for the faulty one. They said I had to return the set in its box but I told them that the box had already been disposed of at the local tip. In subsequent emails all they ever said was 'you need to get the box'....totally ignoring the fact that this was impossible. As I said earlier.....avoid them like the plague

Here is a copy of an email that I have just sent to Reliantdirect which should explain some of the problems with this company. Dear Dave, I understand from the message you left on my phone on Friday that you still have not refunded my money. At the time of ordering I was promised an email confirming the order. This was never sent. Before ordering I was assured that the goods could be supplied on 14th July. They were not. I was promised a delivery update on 14th July. This never happened. I was promised a refund on 17th July. This never happened. You can not expect my custom when nothing that has been promised has been delivered. This is the third request for a refund. Refund my money ASAP. Yours Sincerely. Mark Breese
