“Ordered a HYE 12kg washing machine from Reliant last week after finding their pricing very competitive with bigger retailers. Had an absolute nightmare of a delivery experience with the courier that delivered the washing machine, but the service from Reliant was fantastic and can’t blame them for the actions of a third party courier. They responded to my enquiries promptly and the machine itself seems great value for money so far.”

“10/10 for Reliant, excellent customer service, good products. I had been looking for a dishwasher for a while, I looked at my usual suppliers but didn’t like the prices, or the delivery charges, during my searches I came upon Reliant. I had some questions that I’d emailed over, I had a call back from a very helpful and informative gentleman called John who answered all of my questions. I selected my desired item, booked the delivery on a day to suit me, the delivery was scheduled for 9-11, I had a call from the ArrowXL team when they were half an hour away, they arrived promptly, took the dishwasher to my kitchen. My only minor gripe was that the packaging was filthy on the top, I know it gets removed but it was in my kitchen……. The dishwasher was very well packaged, an outer sleeve, an inner thick waffle box and a bag. I unpacked it, I installed it and it’s working a treat. I was originally going to get a Smeg one but the reviews weren’t good at all, so I opted for a 16 place HYE branded one, I am very pleased with the quality and performance so far for the price. It is well thought out and easy to load, I did have to move the middle drawer to the higher setting as my plates were catching on the spray bar, but a minor adjustment that took moments. You can set the water hardness and the rinse aid dispenser easy enough, it’s got 4 wash modes that meet all of my needs, it’s quiet in operation and best of all it was a very reasonable price and immediately available. Overall very pleased with Reliant, their delivery partners and the product. I will definitely choose to buy from them again, thank you.”

“Cooker arrived on time but had to wait a few days for an electrician to come and wire it in, when we took it out of the packaging the hob was bowed in the middle !! I have emailed them and waiting for a reply. Not sure if I will keep it now as it’s obviously not very strong in top ! I’ll wait and see what they say !!”

“Pleased with the freezer seems to be working ok since installation. Poor delivery by uninterested people who could hardly speak English. No phone call advising the half an hour to delivery received and no paperwork. Couriers did not take much care when delivering, dropping it down.”

“I recently bought a Samsung cordless vacuum cleaner from Reliant Store online. After placing the order, I noticed the same product was cheaper on Samsung's website. I contacted Reliant, and Anthony promised to match the price. However, when I sent the necessary details the next day, I was told by Lee that they couldn’t honor the price match due to warranty terms – which turned out to be a false excuse. This was an extremely frustrating experience. The customer service was inconsistent, and I felt misled. Anthony initially seemed willing to help, but Lee’s refusal to honor the promise left me feeling like I couldn’t trust anything they said. Overall, my experience with Reliant Store was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. It's not worth the hassle or the disappointment. I would advise others to avoid this store, as I’m not sure I can trust them to deliver on their commitments.”

“They delivered our Tv over 4 days late. Once you give them a much deserved 1 star review they will keep ringing you to try and get you to change the review. Even if you block the number they still leave voicemails”
