“Sound quality poor, very tinny and there is no jack plug connection for speaker or headphones. Had to buy a new sound bar to connect optically or by Bluetooth. Initially had trouble trying to connect optically and found a TV setting needed to be changed. Update,11/11/2025, tried to contact HYE for help but no response. Problem with apps, lost channel U, had an issue with itv x but resolved that. There does not appear to be a way to add apps as is possible with other smart TVs we have. Disappointed to lose channel U.”

“Fantastic loads of tv stations and all the apps. No need for expensive monthly bills had I known that smart tv provide all this but I am already in contract to cable tv provision. On setting up you will need to remember your Samsung account and if not ignore and MOVE on and add that later by phoning Samsung or don't bother with the Samsung app.”
