“Delivery by DPD was a day late after saying that they tried to deliver even though I was sat there looking out of the window, typical DPD behaviour. Freezer was also damaged with 2 large dents. Amazon offered a collection and refund but I opted for a 10% refund and kept the freezer instead. It's working fine and it's very quiet, so 4 stars rating as the problems were caused by the delivery company”
